Slow Carb

So I've been reading The Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss and trying to follow his "slow carb diet" which basically tells you to eat beans, fish, chicken and veggies - all the time! I caved a little bit tonight for a slice of Posto's pizza, but since Massimo is following it too, we are doing ok! Also, I benched 65 pounds today. The goal is 80.
