Toughest Workout Ever

I had the toughest workout of my life tonight with Lisa Jolly Lipscomb of Vida Fitness, who I see twice a week to combat Fat Chef's Wife Syndrome. I almost threw up three times and was sweating heavily after the first exercise. Here it is. On the TRX:
Lunge with jump
Plank with swing 30 secs
One arm row
Push up
Sprints
(3x all goal, did 3.5)

After working with Lisa for more than a year, I have not lost pounds, but rather, at least 3% body fat and I am infinitely stronger. I am also reading The Four Hour Body and (trying) to follow the Slow Carb Diet, which basically consists of beans, chicken and greens. I also take vitamin E, folic acid, fish oil, cinnamon and a multivitamin.
